Accountabilities

    • Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned Mid-Atlantic territory by leveraging market knowledge and customer relationships.
    • Build and maintain strong partnerships with eye care professionals, healthcare providers, and key industry stakeholders.
    • Lead customers through the full sales cycle, including prospecting, consultations, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing activities.
    • Educate customers on the technical and clinical applications of specialized visual healthcare solutions.
    • Achieve or exceed monthly revenue and profitability targets through effective territory management and sales execution.
    • Provide customer training and ongoing support to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress using CRM systems.
    • Communicate regularly with leadership regarding territory performance, customer engagement, market opportunities, and key industry relationships.
    • Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, seminars, and industry events to support brand awareness and business development.
    • Requirements

      • Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience with a strong understanding of the complete sales cycle and ethical selling practices.
      • Proven ability to develop customer relationships, identify opportunities, and successfully close sales.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
      • Experience using CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, or similar sales management tools.
      • Ability to work independently, manage a regional territory, and effectively prioritize activities.
      • Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle for customer visits and business travel.
      • Must reside in the state of Florida.
      • Previous experience in medical device, healthcare, or clinical sales is strongly preferred.
      • Experience working with eye care professionals or within healthcare environments is an advantage.
      • Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
