Accountabilities:

    Lead and orchestrate complex technical programs from discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, data, and business stakeholders while driving measurable outcomes tied to strategic goals.

    • Define program structure, objectives, KPIs, and success metrics in collaboration with product and engineering leadership.
    • Manage end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and cross-team coordination.
    • Design and support experimentation frameworks such as A/B testing and measurement strategies to guide product and business decisions.
    • Build and maintain reporting systems, dashboards, and performance tracking mechanisms to provide visibility into program health and impact.
    • Provide technical oversight of GCP-based solutions, reviewing architecture, scalability, and implementation approaches.
    • Drive executive-level communication, ensuring clear status updates, risk mitigation, and alignment on priorities across stakeholders.
    • Requirements:

      Bring strong technical program leadership experience with deep knowledge of cloud technologies, data-driven delivery, and cross-functional execution in complex enterprise environments.

      • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or leading large-scale engineering programs.
      • Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including architecture review and cloud-native system design.
      • Proven experience with experimentation methodologies such as A/B testing, incrementality testing, or similar frameworks.
      • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and program strategy.
      • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and distributed system delivery.
      • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
      • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive clarity across multiple competing initiatives.
      • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent experience.
      • GCP certifications (e.g., Cloud Architect or Digital Leader) preferred.
