Accountabilities:
- Lead presales activities for SAP CX solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, Marketing, Emarsys, and CDP platforms.
- Understand customer challenges and translate business requirements into CX architectures, solution strategies, and transformation roadmaps.
- Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and executive presentations with clients and stakeholders.
- Design and deliver demos, proof-of-concepts, and solution proposals in collaboration with technical teams.
- Support commercial teams during RFP processes, effort estimations, solution positioning, and proposal development.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the SAP CX portfolio.
- Create and contribute to sales enablement materials, success cases, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are aligned with customer objectives and delivery capabilities.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance throughout the sales cycle.
- Solid experience in SAP CX presales, consulting, or solution design roles across solutions such as Sales, Service, Commerce, Marketing, Emarsys, or CDP.
- Strong knowledge of customer experience processes, CRM, digital marketing, sales, and service operations.
- Experience designing functional architectures and customer journey strategies.
- Ability to lead executive meetings, workshops, and solution presentations.
- Strong communication and consultative skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- English proficiency for reading documentation and participating in meetings with international partners and clients.
- Availability to work as a contractor (PJ) with a results-oriented and consulting approach.
- SAP CX or SAP Customer Experience certifications.
- Experience with omnichannel projects, e-commerce platforms, and integrations using APIs or middleware.
- Previous experience working in SAP consulting firms or SAP partner environments.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product/service discovery practices.
