The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.The Sr. Director, Program Management Office is a senior leadership role within Dexcom's Global Operations & Quality organization. Reporting directly to the EVP of Global Operations & Quality, the Sr. Director, PMO is accountable for establishing, leading, and continuously maturing a centralized, enterprise-grade PMO function that drives strategic program execution across the full Global Operations & Quality portfolio.This leader will have direct management responsibility for leadership across the Technical Program Management and Program Management within Global Operations & Quality, creating a unified center of excellence that enables cross-functional alignment, delivery predictability, and operational rigor at scale. The Sr. Director PMO will serve as a strategic partner to the EVP and Global Operations & Quality leadership team, translating organizational priorities into executable roadmaps that accelerate Dexcom's mission of delivering continuous glucose monitoring solutions to people living with diabetes worldwide.Dexcom's Global Operations & Quality organization is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of manufacturing, supply chain, quality systems, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across a global footprint.
