NVIDIA is seeking an experienced and technically strong Engineering Manager to lead the DOCA SDK Verification team. The team is responsible for validating the NVIDIA DOCA SDK, ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of developer-facing APIs and libraries powering NVIDIA BlueField DPUs, SuperNICs, and next-generation networking platforms.
In this role, you will lead and grow a team of highly skilled verification engineers and working closely with software architects, developers, and product teams to ensure the successful delivery of cutting-edge NVIDIA hardware and software solutions. Your team will help enable the software infrastructure powering AI, cloud, networking, and accelerated computing workloads running in modern data centers. This is a leadership role combining people management, technical strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple engineering organizations.
What you'll be doing:
Lead and grow a team of software verification engineers responsible for validating the NVIDIA DOCA SDK.
Design comprehensive test plans and implement functional, integration, and system-level tests for new SDK capabilities.
Define the team's technical roadmap, verification strategy, and automation priorities to ensure high product quality and release readiness.
Partner closely with SDK developers, architects, product management, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Drive the development of scalable C++ verification frameworks and automation infrastructure that enable efficient feature validation.
Foster a culture of technical excellence, ownership, continuous learning, and engineering quality.
What we need to see:
Bachelors Degree in EE, CS or CE or equivalent work experience
3+ years in a managerial position with hands on experience with the software development lifecycle and 8+ years of overall experience
Strong technical background in modern C++ software development, software architecture, and Linux-based systems.
Experience leading teams developing automated test frameworks, software quality methodologies for complex software products.
Excellent communications skills, self-motivated and well organized.
Ways to stand out from the crowd
Familiarity with DOCA, BlueField DPUs, SmartNICs, GPUs or data center infrastructure software.
experience leveraging AI tools
Experience in CI methodology & servers (e.g. Git/Gerrit, Jenkins etc.)
