Accountabilities:

    The Account Director will lead strategic client relationships, oversee campaign execution, and drive operational excellence across a complex portfolio of marketing initiatives. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic thinking with detailed project management, ensuring teams deliver high-quality work on time and within scope.

    • Build and maintain strong client partnerships across senior stakeholder groups, positioning the team as a trusted strategic advisor.
    • Manage complex communication flows, feedback processes, and stakeholder expectations with confidence and diplomacy.
    • Lead coordination between clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure alignment across integrated campaigns.
    • Mentor and support account team members, fostering accountability, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
    • Provide leadership across program teams to improve efficiency, quality, and overall account performance.
    • Collaborate with creative, strategy, production, and project management teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
    • Oversee high-volume workflows across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables remain on track.
    • Improve operational processes related to briefing, approvals, resource planning, and production workflows.
    • Monitor account health, including scope management, utilization, budgets, service levels, and delivery performance.
    • Identify operational risks early and develop proactive solutions to maintain successful execution.
    • Support financial forecasting, revenue management, and internal reporting activities.
    • Lead creative development processes from initial briefing through final execution across digital campaigns and other marketing assets.
    • Develop campaign briefs, provide creative direction, and ensure teams have clear requirements and objectives.
    • Manage project documentation, timelines, shared resources, and approval processes across platforms.
    • Oversee campaign delivery for major consumer brands, supporting digital execution and occasional broader media initiatives.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing and account leader with strong production management skills, strategic communication abilities, and experience managing large-scale creative programs. You should be comfortable working with enterprise clients, leading cross-functional teams, and navigating fast-changing priorities.

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
      • 8–12+ years of marketing experience in a fast-paced agency, brand, or independent environment.
      • Demonstrated success managing large-scale marketing strategies, digital campaigns, and complex programs.
      • Strong understanding of creative production workflows, campaign development, and operational delivery.
      • Experience writing campaign briefs and providing clear strategic direction to creative teams.
      • Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence and stakeholder management capabilities.
      • Proven ability to organize and lead teams across complex, multi-project environments.
      • Strong project management skills with experience balancing timelines, resources, budgets, and priorities.
      • Experience managing enterprise-level or Fortune 500 accounts, ideally within consumer packaged goods or healthcare industries.
      • Ability to build strong relationships across clients, creative teams, operations, and leadership groups.
      • Interest in AI-enabled marketing workflows, innovation, and operational transformation.
      • Ability to work within a timezone aligned with or close to Eastern Time (GMT-4).
