Lead Business Integration, Local Creation EMEA
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Local Creation is Nike’s local creation engine – designed to deliver product with speed, relevance, and cultural authenticity. Business Integration enables Local Creation to operate as a connected system by aligning strategy, people, processes, and tools across engines, brands, and geographies.
You will be part of the EMEA Local Creation Business Integration team, partnering across Footwear, Apparel, Product Management, Design, Development, Merchandising, Costing & Sourcing, and Operations. You will work closely with both Geo and Global partners to help Local Creation operate as one connected system.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Integration, you will play a key role in enabling Local Creation's mission: creating products with greater speed, relevance, and cultural authenticity for athletes and consumers across EMEA.

This is a builder role. We're looking for someone who wants to shape the future of Product Operations within Local Creation EMEA - creating frameworks, capabilities, and ways of working that enable teams to move faster, make better decisions, and bring products to market with greater speed, relevance, and impact.
Requirements:
Proven experience leading complex cross-functional programs from strategy through execution.
Ability to connect strategy, people, process, and tools to solve complex business challenges.
A passion for simplifying processes and improving ways of working.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trust across functions.
Well-established communication, facilitation, and influence skills.
The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Digital & AI tools: the ideal candidate brings experience with collaborative and visual working tools such as Miro as well as fluency using project and workflow management tools such as Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. Curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI-powered tools to improve productivity, insights, planning, and decision-making.
You may come from Product Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, Design Operations, Product Creation, Consulting, Creative Operations, Innovation, or another complex cross-functional environment where bringing clarity and alignment is critical to success.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this role, you will help shape how Local Creation operates today while building the capabilities, processes, and operating models needed for future growth.
You will:
Lead cross-functional Business Integration efforts across EMEA Local Creation.
Translate business strategies into clear operating plans, workflows, and execution frameworks.
Drive seasonal initiatives and operational workstreams from planning through execution.
Partner across Product Management, Design, Development, Merchandising, Costing & Sourcing, and Operations to ensure alignment and delivery.
Drive operational excellence by simplifying, standardizing, and evolving ways of working across Local Creation
Lead projects that improve tools, capabilities, and operational effectiveness.
Create visibility around priorities, risks, decisions, and progress to help teams move faster and with greater confidence.
This position will be posted until 31st July. After this date, we will assess applications and share feedback. Interviews will start as of 1st September.
