Software Architect (Associate and Experienced)

Our teams is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Experienced Software Architects.
Position Responsibilities:
Supports the design, development, analyses, and maintenance of software systems that meet industry, customer and internal quality, safety, security and certification standards
Partners with appropriate stakeholders to inform system definition and support translation of system-level requirements into software requirements and models that meet customer, operational and performance requirements and have clear traceability to design, code and test artifacts
Contributes to completion of software system-level analyses to identify risk, issues and opportunities; supports integration and deployment of mitigation actions throughout the software lifecycle. Supports code reviews to ensure alignment to requirements and standards
Supports monitoring and reviewing test completion, verification processes and issue resolution for software systems
Supports development of user documentation and training to educate end users about usage of software products
Supports reviewing product and process for alignment with project plans and industry standards by contributing to tracking and evaluation of internal team and supplier performance
Supports implementation of current and emerging technologies, tools, frameworks and changes in regulations relevant to software development
Supports performing software project management and software supplier management activities.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree
Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. Ability to obtain Secret U.S. Security clearance Post-Start is required
2+ years’ experience creating and documenting systems or software architecture and designs
2+ years’ experience supporting cross-functional or cross-organizational teams within engineering and/or test
Experience designing and developing software using Python, C/C++, C# and/or Java
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 3: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with Government Reference Architectures
Experience with model-based engineering
Experience with Requirement Tracing
Experience with defense systems and platforms
Familiarity with software DevSecOps practices
Experience producing technology roadmaps and capability roadmaps

Summary Pay Range for Associate level (Level 2): USD $101,150 - $136,850
Summary Pay Range for Experienced level (Level 3): USD $126,650 – $171,350
