Home Qdigi I HR Executive I Human Resources I Chennai 5 Years Chennai Full-Time INR 240000 - 400000 Company Overview:Digicare Services is the leading after-sales services provider for handheld products like Mobile handsets, Tablets, Cameras and consumer electronics & consumer durables products including Air conditioners, Washing machines, Refrigerators, LED/LCD TVs etcetera.Our vision is to be a global company that provides world-class customer experience while continuously working towards creating better lives.Website: www.digicare.comJob Purpose:This role will support the business with their manpower requirement, resolve employee issues and help improve productivity.Responsibilities:● Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.● Source and screen applicants through online channels, such as Apna Job, Naukri, LinkedIn and other professional networks.● Support the business with adequate manpower.● Provide HR expertise to the assigned business in the areas of employee relations, feedback, coaching etc.● Ensure the new joiner is well equipped to perform by ensuring his/her pre-post onboarding formalities, HR inductions and adherence to HR processes like assigning buddy, issuance of ID cards, IT assets, alignment to training team for product and process training etc● Regular HR connects with the employees to understand the employee issues and align with business to provide resolution.● Taking care of exit formalities – asset handover, understanding the reasons for exit, intimation to relevant teams.Desired candidate profile:● 3+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role● Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks● Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends● Preferred from Service industry● Proficient with MS Office - MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint● Excellent interpersonal and communication skill  Qualification: MBA (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management or similar field Apply for this job Share with someone awesome View all job openings
