Sr ISC Production Supervisor (1st Shift)

As an Sr ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage production operations to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for overseeing production schedules, managing resources, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Oversee daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
Implement and monitor production processes to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
Lead and mentor production team members, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement

YOU MUST HAVE

1st Shift (6:00 AM-3:00 PM Monday to Friday)
Advanced English
5+ years of experience in production supervision or management within a manufacturing environment.
Project Management Experience (Project Productivity)
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Proficiency in production planning and scheduling tools.
Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Knowledge on ERP systems (Sap).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
