Accountabilities

    • Manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta and TikTok Shop, including budgets, bids, audiences, placements, and campaign structures.
    • Own key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, spend efficiency, conversion rate, and revenue growth through continuous optimization.
    • Develop and execute TikTok Shop strategies, including creator partnerships, content testing, and advertising initiatives to increase sales and brand visibility.
    • Build and manage structured creative testing programs by developing new concepts, analyzing performance, and scaling winning ad formats and messaging.
    • Collaborate with leadership on creative direction, promotional strategies, offers, and customer acquisition initiatives.
    • Create and optimize landing pages and Shopify experiences through A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and improvements to product pages, bundles, offers, and checkout flows.
    • Manage analytics, attribution, and tracking systems including Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and GA4 to ensure accurate measurement of performance.
    • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, testing insights, and actionable recommendations to improve growth outcomes.
    • Identify opportunities to expand into additional acquisition channels, such as Google Ads, as performance and business needs evolve.
    • Requirements

      • 4+ years of experience managing Meta Ads and TikTok Shop campaigns for e-commerce, DTC, or consumer brands with significant budget ownership.
      • Proven track record of scaling paid advertising campaigns profitably while maintaining strong ROAS and efficient customer acquisition.
      • Hands-on experience with Shopify and landing page optimization tools such as Replo, Shogun, GemPages, or similar platforms.
      • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization, A/B testing methodologies, and full-funnel customer acquisition strategies.
      • Experience analyzing campaign performance data and translating insights into actionable growth initiatives.
      • Familiarity with attribution platforms such as Triple Whale or Northbeam, email marketing tools like Klaviyo, and AI-powered creative tools is a plus.
      • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
      • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
      • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with high ownership and autonomy.
