WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:

This Finance Business Partner will be responsible for two key areas; i.e.  

  • Month-end closing and Management Reporting  

  • Supply Chain Indirects – Finance Business Partnering 

Month-end closing and Management Reporting:

  • Manage and coordinate the month end close delivery process in accordance with the GCAD closing timelines 

  • Ensure accounting transactions reconciliation with Management Accounts, and deploy relevant Management Reporting tools/system (SAP FI-PA/BW/iFinance) 

  • Being the main contact point when working with external support team to lead, coordinate and close issues related to month end close 

  • Manage and deliver accurate results and MR packs to Global with support commentary in accordance with the GCAD timelines 

  • Lead preparation and execution of Reporting Changes, restatement activities and Business Changes with cross-functional teams 

  • Play an active role in driving change and continuous improvement in the month end close process and identify areas that require improvement 

  • Drive global management reporting change/new requirement implementation in country  

  • Lead integrated SAP-issues resolution across functions 
     

Supply Chain Indirects:

  • Partner with National Management & BUs teams to plan, monitor, and control supply chain overhead budgets 

  • Lead monthly supply chain overhead reporting, including variance analysis vs budget/forecast 

  • Identify and drive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives across departments 

  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accurate supply chain overhead projections 

  • Ensure strong governance and compliance over supply chain overhead spending and approval processes, including scrap sales governance 

  • Challenge cost assumptions and provide decision support to business leaders 

  • Monitor cost allocation methodologies and ensure fairness and transparency 

  • Drive accountability by conducting performance reviews with budget owners 


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Finance Graduate or Finance Professional Qualification (CA/ACCA) 

  • At least 3-4 years of relevant finance experience (experience in month-end closing process of a reputable organization is highly preferred) 

Skills  

  • Have Management Reporting experience 

  • Possess problem solving skills 

  • Be a detail-oriented person and have technical systems related skills (SAP knowledge is highly preferred) 

  • Possess good communication/coordination skills with high level of English language proficiency
