Supervisory Management Analyst

About the Position: Responsible for the daily management and supervision of the branch with special emphasis on analyzing and executing actions pertaining to manpower management policy and procedures that impact the entire Army, or a large segment of the Army. Supervise a branch responsible for determining manpower requirements, developing manpower directives, guidance, policies, and/or plans. Monitor commands or agencies on their plans for distribution of manpower spaces. Analyze manpower requirement proposals that involve changes of major significance. Develop a coordinated position on solutions to complex manpower problems.
