Accountabilities:

    • Serve as a primary support contact by responding to user inquiries through support tickets and phone interactions with accuracy and efficiency.
    • Partner with the support team to resolve user issues promptly and ensure a high-quality experience.
    • Escalate complex requests to specialized internal teams, including onboarding, marketing, technical, and product teams when needed.
    • Conduct remote walkthroughs and training sessions to help users understand products, platforms, and available services.
    • Support users in effectively leveraging technology tools and resources to improve their business performance.
    • Identify recurring challenges and user pain points, providing feedback and recommendations to improve processes.
    • Maintain clear communication and build strong relationships with users and internal stakeholders.
    • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
    • Contribute to operational improvements that enhance the overall user experience.
    • Requirements:

      • 2–4 years of experience in customer support, client success, account support, or another client-facing role.
      • At least 1 year of experience within the real estate industry, such as working as a transaction coordinator, agent assistant, settlement specialist, or similar position.
      • Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes and workflows.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively and communicate professionally.
      • Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in a fast-paced support environment.
      • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
      • Ability to build trust and credibility with users and internal teams.
      • Comfortable learning new systems, software platforms, and industry concepts quickly.
      • Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk is preferred.
      • Familiarity with Google Workspace and digital collaboration tools is preferred.
      • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
