Life at UiPath

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

Your mission

As a Technical Account Manager in our Retail, Travel & Logistics Client Success team, you’ll help our customers build and scale enterprise automation and agentic AI programs across retail operations, travel and hospitality, supply chain, and manufacturing environments. You’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor from day one, guiding customers through the shift from traditional RPA and BPA approaches to intelligent, agentic automation—and ensuring they realize measurable business value from the UiPath Platform at every stage of their journey. You’ll work across all levels of customer organizations—from developers and architects to operational and business stakeholders—helping them solve technical challenges, accelerate adoption, and translate automation and AI innovation into real business outcomes.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Proactively engage and influence your customers, providing embedded technical advisory and guiding the technical maturity of their automation programs—including their transformation from traditional RPA/BPA approaches to agentic automation—to help them achieve their objectives and elevate their line of sight as to what can be achieved.

  • Drive platform adoption and usage across your accounts, partnering with Customer Success and Sales to translate utilization trends into engagement plans, expansion opportunities, and stronger business outcomes.

  • Provide UiPath platform infrastructure, installation and upgrade planning, guided assistance, and troubleshooting, including for agent orchestration and other AI-enabled automation components.

  • Advise customers on how AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, and intelligent decisioning apply to retail, travel, supply chain, and manufacturing use cases—such as source-to-pay and order-to-cash process automation, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, fleet and route planning, and warehouse or fulfillment automation—helping them evaluate where autonomous agents and copilots can create measurable business value

  • Guide customers through the transformation of existing RPA and BPA processes into agentic automation, balancing innovation with governance, security, and production reliability.

  • Educate and enable your customers’ technical stakeholders on UiPath platform best practices relevant to their unique automation pipelines, agentic workflows, program objectives, environments, and constraints.

  • Conduct design and code reviews for select automations and agentic workflows to reinforce and verify those best practices.

  • Perform technical health checks of your customers’ automation and agentic AI programs and environments, identifying risks and opportunities for continuous improvement across technical disciplines.

  • Collaborate with UiPath Product Support and other subject matter experts to manage, facilitate, communicate, and bring to positive closure escalated support incidents.

  • Partner with customer technical teams to help design solutions that connect automation, AI, orchestration, and integrations across their retail, travel, supply chain, and manufacturing systems.

  • Stay current on UiPath’s evolving agentic capabilities—including agent builders, orchestration, and MCP-enabled integrations—to guide customers confidently through platform innovation.

  • Also, as an employee of UiPath you are required to comply at all times with UiPath’s policies that were communicated to you from time to time and that are available on Inside UiPath.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Maintain a strong understanding of platform adoption and usage across your accounts, using utilization insights to guide engagement and positively influence expansion and renewal outcomes.

  • 3+ years professional experience in a technical customer-facing role, such as Technical Account Management, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Technical Support.

  • Background in programming, preferably .NET but others are okay: C#, C++, VB, Java, Python or PowerShell as examples.

  • Hands-on exposure to modern AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) architectures, AI agents, vector databases, or GenAI application frameworks, with the ability to translate these concepts for customers transitioning from traditional automation to agentic automation.

  • Understanding of AI infrastructure considerations such as model hosting, latency, governance, security, and cost management.

  • Experience in one or more of the following is desirable: Windows and Linux server infrastructure, IT, network troubleshooting, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and security.

  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working with customers and partners.
