The Brand Experience team is seeking and Associate Creative Director to join our team. Our team is focused on brand stewardship, management and execution of projects which span all creative disciplines (advertising, campaigns, marketing assets, video, audio, copy, motion graphics, photography, and design) with partners across Marketing, Brand, Events, and Product. 

Core responsibilities: 

  • As an Individual contributor you will partner with CDs and writers to concept and design bar raising creative that supports Oracle business goals.  

  • Audit your work and ensure it is on brand and at a high quality  

  • Prepare presentation and present work to stakeholders  

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years professional experience in related field advertising or graphic design with proven agency and/or in-house experience 

  • Award winning portfolio of work that demonstrate advertising experience  

  • Ability to combine business strategy, brand strategy, and customer insight to design compelling creative 

  • Ability to adapt to change quickly and work in both structured and changing environments 

  • Must be comfortable presenting ideas to stakeholders, receptive of feedback, and quick to apply changes 

  • Must be comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to manage multiple priorities well 

  • Experience with creating content for print media, digital/web, broadcast, and social 

  • Self-driven and able to be both strategic and execution oriented 

  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills 
     

Duties and tasks are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower-level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Typically, four years of Visual design, UX design, Art direction, copy writing, or related experience needed.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $91,400 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.


Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
