Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Clinic Receptionist, you will be the welcoming heart of our clinic, creating a comforting and efficient environment for every patient journey.Every day, you will expertly manage patient reception, coordinate essential administrative tasks, leverage technology for seamless operations, and thoughtfully guide diverse patient populations, ensuring they feel at ease and understand their care instructions.To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, technological proficiency, genuine compassion for patient well-being, and an adaptable, patient approach to facilitating a positive experience for all.Coordinate copies of medical documentation with physician charges to support billing to third-party payersFile and enter billing for patients into system and analyzes patient accounts to ensure billing is accurateResolve routine patient billing inquiries and problems, handling follow-up questions from patients, resolving discrepancies or errorsReview medical coding as necessary and enters patient charges into billing applicationsMust be detail oriented and have strong organizational skillsDemonstrate effective customer service and communication skills Job Requirements RequiredHigh school diploma or equivalentPreferredHealthcare experience Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
