Accountabilities:

    • Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of internal commercial systems, including Salesforce, NetSuite, and related platforms.
    • Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, supporting their technical growth and career development.
    • Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions that support business operations across sales, finance, and operations teams.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and system improvements.
    • Drive process optimization, system enhancements, and engineering best practices within the commercial systems domain.
    • Oversee architecture, design decisions, and implementation strategies for CRM and ERP-related systems.
    • Ensure systems remain compliant, well-integrated, and aligned with organizational goals.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement within the team.
    • Requirements:

      • Proven experience leading software engineering teams in a commercial or business systems environment.
      • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar CRM/ERP platforms.
      • Background in software development with the ability to contribute technically and guide architectural decisions.
      • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and align technical delivery with business objectives.
      • Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing engineers.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in professional English.
      • Results-driven mindset with strong ownership and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
      • Ability to operate effectively in a distributed, global, remote-first environment.
      • Experience in accounting, sales operations, or related business functions is a plus.
      • Willingness to travel internationally approximately twice per year for company events.
