Workplace Ambassador- JLL

As a Workplace Ambassador at JLL, you'll be the heartbeat of hospitality in our client's workplace, delivering amazing experiences that make employees, guests, and visitors feel genuinely welcomed and valued from arrival to departure. What your day-to-day will look like:
• Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and assist with arrivals, departures, and comprehensive office orientations that set visitors up for success
• Engage with visitors, employees, and callers in a manner that makes them feel warmly welcomed and assisted in a helpful, timely way
• Maintain a visible, approachable presence throughout the workplace by regularly walking the site, proactively connecting with customers and guests to address their needs
• Serve as a resident expert on local cuisine, hotels, special attractions, and upcoming events while building valuable connections throughout the hospitality industry
• Partner with clients, customers, and support teams to proactively anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and deliver creative solutions that exceed expectations
• Collaborate across teams to prepare for meetings and events, communicate proactively, and ensure seamless operations without incident
• Act as a central point of contact for campus information, wayfinding, services, and activities while implementing and monitoring service standards
Required qualifications:
• 1-2 years of previous customer service or hospitality-related experience
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for creating experiences that go beyond the expected
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English
• Flexibility and positive attitude in managing shifting daily priorities while maintaining elevated guest experiences
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities with consistent attention to detail and accuracy
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Proficiency with a range of information technology tools and workplace platforms
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in corporate workplace environments or commercial real estate hospitality settings
• Familiarity with facility services and ability to facilitate a hospitality approach across multiple service touchpoints
• Established network within the local hospitality industry including restaurants, hotels, and event venues
• Experience supporting meetings, events, and executive-level personal support services
• Demonstrated ability to implement service standards and quality assurance processes
Schedule: M-F 7:15AM - 4:14PM
