This position reports to the Systems Usability and V&V Engineering department manager and is part of the Product Systems section, located in Brønshøj, Denmark and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support day-to-day operational activities within the R&D Engineering organization.
  • Assist in maintaining instruments and test environments to ensure readiness for project activities.
  • Support planning and execution of testing and validation activities.
  • Perform administrative and documentation-related tasks to support quality and compliance processes.
  • Coordinate workshops, meetings, and team events, including preparation and documentation of key outcomes.
  • Support the development, organization, and maintenance of SharePoint sites and team collaboration platforms.
  • Contribute to efficient execution of project and team deliverables through operational support.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Health Technology, Human Factors, Design & Innovation, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
  • Interest in usability engineering, human-centered design, and user research methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive tasks independently.
  • Outgoing and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to document information accurately and communicate effectively.
  • Structured, collaborative, and service-oriented approach to work.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with FIGMA and ADOBE creative cloud.
  • Danish language skills are considered an advantage but are not required.
