What is the role?

EnduroSat is expanding its footprint across Europe, and our Toulouse entity is a key part of that growth - sitting right in the heart of France's aerospace ecosystem. We're looking for a Head of Operations to take full ownership of how the entity runs day to day: keeping the workflow smooth, the people supported, and the entity compliant and well-connected within the local business environment.

You'll be the person everyone turns to when something needs to get done- whether that's a facilities issue, a compliance question, cooperation with the local Unions or coordination between local teams and HQ. You'll represent EnduroSat locally, liaise with authorities and partners, and make sure the entity functions as a well-oiled, scalable operation.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

  • Overseeing all operational activities of the Toulouse entity, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
  • Work closely with the top management and the owner of the company
  • Acting as the main point of contact with local authorities, institutions, and administrative bodies
  • Coordinating with HQ and other entities to align local operations with company-wide standards
  • Overseeing office facilities, vendors, and local administrative or logistical needs
  • Identifying bottlenecks in workflows and implementing improvements to increase efficiency
  • Supporting local hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day people operations in coordination with HR

What do we look for?

  • Proven experience in an operations management, or general management role
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities independently
  • Comfort navigating local regulatory, administrative, and legal requirements in France
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach to getting things done
  • Ability to work autonomously while staying closely aligned with HQ

Personal skills

  • Experience setting up or scaling operations for a foreign entity or subsidiary in France
  • A genuine interest in space technology and the NewSpace industry
  • Background in a manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, or deep-tech environment
  • Familiarity with French labor law, corporate compliance, or public institution relations
  • Experience working in a fast-growing, international, or multicultural organization

Why EnduroSat?

  • Fast-paced and delivery-focused culture

We work with well-defined quarterly based objectives, that allow us to fast-track the progression of our work and improve as we go

  • Constant learning and progression

Own your personal growth by navigating through our career progression framework and educational programs

  • Chance to join a winning company, backed up by Founders Fund

Meet international space experts and improve your knowledge and skillset within an industry of the future
