Accountabilities:
- Analyze and optimize Commercial Operations workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Conduct process assessments, gap analyses, and root cause investigations to identify improvement opportunities.
- Document current and future-state processes, standard operating procedures, workflows, and governance practices.
- Support the development and maintenance of process governance frameworks.
- Contribute to CRM optimization initiatives, improving adoption, usability, and overall user experience.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements and support system enhancements.
- Identify and resolve data quality challenges through governance controls and process improvements.
- Support the evaluation and management of third-party tools integrated into commercial technology ecosystems.
- Develop operational reporting, dashboards, and insights to measure performance and identify trends.
- Maintain knowledge management resources, documentation, and collaboration platforms.
- Prepare analyses, presentations, and recommendations for leadership and business partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, CRM Operations, or a similar function.
- Experience supporting business processes within a CRM environment, preferably Salesforce.
- Knowledge of process analysis, workflow documentation, continuous improvement methodologies, or operational optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend solutions.
- Experience collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce reporting.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage ambiguity.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce certifications, CRM governance, data quality initiatives, master data management, SharePoint, or third-party application integrations.
- Experience in healthcare, medical technology, diagnostics, or other complex commercial environments is a plus.
- Competitive base salary range of $70,000 - $85,000, depending on experience, location, education, and qualifications.
