Accountabilities:

    The Senior Associate, Commercial Solutions & Optimization will support the continuous improvement and governance of commercial operations processes, ensuring teams have the tools, data, and workflows needed to operate effectively. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.

    • Analyze and optimize Commercial Operations workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
    • Conduct process assessments, gap analyses, and root cause investigations to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Document current and future-state processes, standard operating procedures, workflows, and governance practices.
    • Support the development and maintenance of process governance frameworks.
    • Contribute to CRM optimization initiatives, improving adoption, usability, and overall user experience.
    • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements and support system enhancements.
    • Identify and resolve data quality challenges through governance controls and process improvements.
    • Support the evaluation and management of third-party tools integrated into commercial technology ecosystems.
    • Develop operational reporting, dashboards, and insights to measure performance and identify trends.
    • Maintain knowledge management resources, documentation, and collaboration platforms.
    • Prepare analyses, presentations, and recommendations for leadership and business partners.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate combines business operations expertise, analytical skills, and experience working with CRM systems and cross-functional teams. They should be comfortable navigating complex environments, improving processes, and turning business challenges into actionable recommendations.

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
      • 2+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, CRM Operations, or a similar function.
      • Experience supporting business processes within a CRM environment, preferably Salesforce.
      • Knowledge of process analysis, workflow documentation, continuous improvement methodologies, or operational optimization.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend solutions.
      • Experience collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
      • Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce reporting.
      • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
      • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage ambiguity.
      • Preferred experience with Salesforce certifications, CRM governance, data quality initiatives, master data management, SharePoint, or third-party application integrations.
      • Experience in healthcare, medical technology, diagnostics, or other complex commercial environments is a plus.
      • Benefits:
