We're building the material disposition strategy from scratch for a fleet scaling across multiple sites at once, and getting that placement logic right is the difference between a blocked site and one that never stops.Move off third-party warehousing and stand up our own. We're transitioning out of 3PL-run warehouses and building the operation in-house, on our own footprint and our own rules.Build and integrate our own warehouse, inventory, and transportation management systems. No off-the-shelf stack covers a build at this scale, so the systems get built and connected in-house, end to end.Role ScopeBook and schedule shipments across the network, coordinating pickup and delivery windows directly with the carrier and receiving sites.Track every shipment in transit through the transportation management system, checking ETAs against committed windows and flagging at-risk deliveries before they hit a site.Chase missed SLAs to root cause with the carrier and drive each one to resolution, not just a note in the log.Own the day-to-day relationship with our dedicated carrier: rates, capacity, service issues, and escalations.Keep shipment and carrier performance data current in the TMS and turn it into a running view of who's hitting SLA and who isn't.What We're Looking ForThe below is a starting point.
