Raytheon Global Security Services in Qatar is seeking a Senior Security Manager to provide direct support to the Doha Site Executive and Leadership Team. This high‑visibility, fast‑paced role oversees multi‑country security and protection programs supporting Raytheon operations across the region.

This role provides direct security support to the Doha Site Executive and Leadership Team and reports to the Raytheon Global Security Services International Security Associate Director. The position leads the coordination and execution of security plans, programs, and strategies for Raytheon Doha, associated product lines, field representatives, and other functions operating in Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman.
- Implement security programs and customer‑directed requirements to ensure compliant, cost‑effective protection of personnel, facilities, and Transition‑to‑Field (TTF) activities.
- Serve as a primary liaison to the Doha Leadership Team, International Security, and regional stakeholders to align security initiatives with operational needs.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with U.S. Government partners, OSAC, host‑nation police/security/intelligence entities, peer companies, and internal business leaders.
- Provide culturally aware, customer‑focused security support while exercising sound judgment and independent decision‑making.
This accompanied onsite role will be in Qatar for a long-term assignment under a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with additional compensation benefits and potential extensions.
Employment is contingent upon meeting all medical requirements for overseas assignments including comprehensive post-offer medical examination.
What You Will Do:
- Conduct security assessments of sites, suppliers, and FSR locations across Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman.
- Develop and implement transportation, shipping, and field security plans.
- Maintain close coordination with U.S. Embassy security teams, CENTCOM partners, and Host Nation authorities.
- Ensure safety, accountability, and threat awareness for FSRs, expatriates, and business travelers.
- Monitor regional threats and provide timely, force‑protection guidance and communications.
- Manage daily physical security operations, including badging, access control, alarm response, and incident investigations.
- Oversee security vendors and serve as the primary interface with landlord/building security.
- Conduct Physical Security Assessments and evaluate residential housing options.
- Support executive visits and coordinate with Executive Protection.
- Manage personnel clearances and assist with internal security investigations.
- Provide COTB-related force‑protection support for programs in the Gulf region.
- Support Duty to Warn communications and maintain emergency communication tools.
- Supervise assigned security staff and coordinate tasks across regional teams.
- Contribute to policy development, strategic risk assessments, crisis‑management planning, and tabletop exercises.
- Manage security incidents, investigations, and potential counterintelligence concerns.
- Partner with Travel Risk Security to safeguard expatriates and international travelers.
- Deliver tailored threat briefings and support controlled‑information protection with Global Trade.
- Assist with Raytheon Enterprise Supplier Evaluations (RESA).
- Work extended hours as needed and travel regionally and internationally to support operations.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 10+ years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 8+ years’ experience.
- Experience with International security.
- Experience delivering international security services within a collaborative team environment.
- Experience managing crisis situations with strong decision‑making, communication, and coordination skills under pressure.
- Experience applying physical and technical security systems, crisis‑management practices, and risk‑mitigation measures in austere environments.
- Experience working with international security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ASIS, BS 7858).
- Experience coordinating and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Bachelor’s degree in security management, Criminal Justice, Business Management, or similar curriculum.
- A CPP Certification (or equivalent) from an accredited professional organization.
- International security experience with advanced skills in physical security, threat management, risk mitigation, and evacuation planning/execution.
- Prior experience living and working in the Middle East (preferred).
- Ability to deliver risk‑appropriate international briefings, reports, and advisories based on analysis of open‑source and security‑related intelligence.
- Proven success in corporate or government security roles with multi‑country responsibility.
- Strong understanding and application of Western security measures within Middle Eastern and international environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to brief and engage a wide range of stakeholders.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
