Accountabilities:

    • Define and execute full-funnel, multi-channel growth marketing strategies to drive pipeline creation, revenue growth, and customer expansion across the Americas region.
    • Develop and optimize demand generation programs across digital, events, and account-based marketing channels aligned with business objectives.
    • Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans, ensuring alignment between product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
    • Own forecasting, tracking, and reporting of key marketing KPIs including pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI.
    • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize performance and measurable outcomes.
    • Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure strong cross-functional alignment and execution.
    • Continuously test, measure, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to improve efficiency and impact.
    • Present performance results, strategic plans, and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and business focus.
    • Requirements:

      • 6+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or related marketing roles in technology companies.
      • Strong experience designing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies in SaaS or enterprise B2B environments.
      • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact through marketing programs.
      • Experience working closely with Sales teams in highly aligned, performance-driven environments.
      • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect marketing activities to revenue outcomes.
      • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI through data-driven decision-making.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and refine strategies accordingly.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and executive audiences.
      • Comfortable with experimentation, risk-taking, and iterative optimization of campaigns.
      • High integrity, ownership mindset, and strong collaboration skills.
