Accountabilities:

    The professional will be responsible for ensuring the stability, evolution, and optimization of SAP SD solutions, supporting users and contributing to business process improvements. The role requires strong functional expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with different teams.

    • Provide functional support for the SAP SD module in an AMS environment, assisting users with incidents and service requests.
    • Configure, maintain, and improve SAP SD functionalities according to business requirements.
    • Analyze and resolve medium and high-complexity issues related to sales, delivery, billing, and invoicing processes.
    • Support Brazilian localization processes, including NFe, Order-to-Cash (O2C), sales order creation, deliveries, and billing.
    • Gather requirements from business areas and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
    • Participate in implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Design functional solutions, define best practices, and contribute to SAP process optimization.
    • Execute functional tests, including unit and integration testing.
    • Prepare technical documentation for implemented solutions and processes.
    • Collaborate with SAP MM, LES-TRA, and FI teams to ensure integrated solutions.
    • Support complex troubleshooting scenarios and provide recommendations for process improvements.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate should have solid experience with SAP SD consulting, functional support, and business process optimization. The role requires technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in structured and challenging environments.

      • Experience working as an SAP SD Consultant.
      • Previous experience providing AMS support to SAP users.
      • Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (Solman).
      • Experience with SAP SD processes, including sales, delivery, billing, and Brazilian localization.
      • For Pleno level: knowledge of SAP MM and LES-TRA integration.
      • For Senior level: knowledge of SAP FI, MM, LES-TRA, and ABAP for reading and creating functional specifications.
      • Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and work independently in complex environments.
      • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with good stakeholder management abilities.
      • Organizational skills, multitasking ability, and effective time management.
      • Negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate with business teams.
      • Mandatory: Official SAP certification in the relevant module.
      • Mandatory: Completed degree in Information Technology or related fields.
      • English proficiency is desirable: advanced level for Senior roles and intermediate level for Pleno roles.
      • Intermediate Spanish knowledge is a plus.
