Accountabilities:

    • Own the strategy, roadmap, and operational management of core financial systems, including ERP, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and financial planning platforms.
    • Design and govern financial data architecture, ensuring accurate data movement, ownership, structures, hierarchies, and master data management across systems.
    • Lead integrations between financial platforms and adjacent business systems, including CRM, procurement, expense management, and other operational tools.
    • Manage and enhance financial planning systems by maintaining data models, supporting planning processes, and developing long-term system improvements.
    • Build scalable frameworks for financial entities such as cost centers, account structures, reporting dimensions, and other data governance standards.
    • Partner with data engineering teams to ensure financial data sources are reliable, accessible, and properly maintained.
    • Own systems and automation supporting financial close processes, including reconciliations, intercompany transactions, currency consolidations, and reporting workflows.
    • Represent finance requirements in cross-functional initiatives involving technology, data, accounting, and business operations teams.
    • Manage relationships with technology vendors to maximize value and ensure effective system performance.
    • Act as a hands-on leader by managing critical financial systems work while mentoring and developing a small team of financial systems professionals.
    • Apply emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools, to improve efficiency, decision-making, and operational effectiveness.
    • Requirements:

      • 7+ years of experience in financial systems, ERP administration, finance technology, or related fields, including senior individual contributor and/or people leadership experience.
      • Strong hands-on experience managing ERP platforms, including multi-entity configurations, workflow automation, scripting, custom records, reporting, and period management.
      • Experience administering cloud-based FP&A platforms and understanding both technical architecture and finance planning requirements.
      • Proven ability to design scalable financial data structures, including chart of accounts governance, cost center hierarchies, dimensions, and master data frameworks.
      • Experience with API-based integrations, middleware tools, and data pipelines connecting financial systems with cloud data environments.
      • Ability to write SQL queries for data validation, reconciliations, reporting, and ad hoc analysis.
      • Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, including financial close, revenue recognition, consolidations, and cost management.
      • Demonstrated success partnering with accounting, FP&A, data, and business systems teams to translate financial needs into technical solutions.
      • Experience building and improving financial systems infrastructure from early-stage or complex environments.
      • Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
