A Day in the Life

This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape how commercial knowledge is captured, structured, and leveraged to improve decision-making, productivity, and business outcomes. As an AI Knowledge Junior Engineer, you will play an important role in enabling scalable AI use cases by transforming information into valuable, accessible, and reusable knowledge assets.

This position works closely with commercial, digital, and operational teams in a highly collaborative international environment. You will support AI initiatives across the region by helping ensure knowledge is structured, maintained, and continuously improved. The role follows a hybrid working model aligned with local business practices and provides exposure to innovative technologies and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Convert commercial knowledge, including documentation, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) inputs, and stakeholder feedback into structured formats suitable for AI applications
• Maintain and continuously improve knowledge repositories, playbooks, templates, and best-practice frameworks
• Collaborate with digital and AI teams to support the integration of knowledge into AI tools, workflows, and automation solutions
• Contribute to prompt development and refinement to improve the quality and usability of AI-generated outputs
• Support data and knowledge quality initiatives by identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to capture best practices and translate business needs into practical AI use cases.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial operations, analytics, digital transformation, knowledge management, or a related field
• Basic understanding of CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management) and commercial business processes
• Ability to organize and structure information in a clear, logical, and user-friendly manner
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital platforms, such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT
• Fluency in English.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
