Job Description Summary
The Tender Cost Control Manager ensures the continuous support and updating of the cost basis of the cost calculation applications in tendering. He oversees and standardizes processes, tender documentation and provides support for multi-unit offers within the GIS-PL.The work area consists of two parts.
- Cost Manager. Maintenance of cost representatives for tender calculations
- Draftsman: Creating tender drawings (layout and SLD) in AutoCAD 2D/3D and CREO

Responsibilities
Tasks and duties Cost Manager:
- Continuously maintain and update the cost basis for all cost calculations in tendering.
- Participation in the development and support of GENESIS tool for tendering.
- Participation in the maintenance of the GIS cost reference library
- Participation in working groups.
Tasks and duties designer tendering:
- Independent and timely creation of GIS layout drawings and single-line diagrams based on the relevant regulations and standards.
- Self-checking of the GIS layout drawings before they are checked by the offer project manager.
- Development of solutions for special GIS layouts together with the offer project manager and the product specialist
- Find cost-effective and optimized GIS layouts.
- Support of the CAD symbol libraries in AutoCAD
Educational Qualification & Experience :
B.E. / B Tech, Electrical / Mechanical with 2 to 5 years of work experience
Requirements
- Enjoy working in a team, flair for technology and commercial matters.
- Familiar with SAP and AutoCAD. Willingness to learn specific software as AC1.
- Stress resistance and ability to work precisely and reliably even under time pressure.
- Strong communication skills
- High autonomy combined with a proactive and pragmatic approach to work
- Fluent in English, any additional language is appreciated
- Basic knowledge in GIS product
