Accountabilities:

    In this role, you will apply your computer science expertise to support AI training and evaluation:

    • Analyze and evaluate complex computer science problems, ensuring solutions are accurate, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
    • Review technical approaches and provide structured recommendations across domains such as algorithms, systems, and software engineering.
    • Create, refine, and validate technical documentation including system designs, architecture descriptions, and research-style content.
    • Develop structured scenarios, datasets, and case studies that enhance AI model training and reasoning capabilities.
    • Assess AI-generated outputs for correctness, completeness, and logical consistency, providing actionable feedback for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve task quality, documentation standards, and evaluation methodologies.
    • Requirements

      We are looking for a strong computer science professional with solid theoretical and applied foundations:

      • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
      • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, operating systems, databases, networking, and software engineering principles.
      • Experience producing technical documentation, system design documents, research papers, or similar materials.
      • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
      • Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts in written and verbal form.
      • Comfortable working independently in a remote, structured, and collaborative environment.
      • Nice to have:

        • Experience in distributed systems, cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI/ML, or database systems.
        • Exposure to technical reviews, research projects, or open-source contributions.
        • Ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
        • Awareness of emerging trends in computer science and software engineering.
