Where You’ll Contribute
- Educate & Enable: Guide employees and leaders on new HR operating models, self-service portals, and AI-driven platforms to ensure a smooth, sustainable transition.
- Foster Autonomy: Build stakeholder self-sufficiency by coaching users toward digital resources, reducing manual intervention.
- Data Analytics: Consolidate and analyze HR KPIs (hiring targets, SWP objectives, position management, and time-to-fill) to drive strategic business insights.
- Process Excellence: Act as a catalyst for our HR transformation by refining operational playbooks and simplifying processes to eliminate manual "noise."
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience or focused academic coursework in HR, people analytics, or HR operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools; experience with HRIS (Workday) is strongly preferred.
- Core Competencies: Demonstrated ability to present complex data to stakeholders and experience managing tasks effectively in a fast-paced or multi-country environment.
