GE Vernova is offering a 6–12-month Co-op/Internship Program designed to help you learn, grow, and make a real impact. As a People Partner Intern, you will serve as a strategic "Transformation Bridge" to the Senior Regional HR People Partner, across Middle East and Africa. You will act as a force multiplier, streamlining operational workflows and driving our regional function toward a scalable, data-driven, and self-service model.

Where You’ll Contribute

  • Educate & Enable: Guide employees and leaders on new HR operating models, self-service portals, and AI-driven platforms to ensure a smooth, sustainable transition.
  • Foster Autonomy: Build stakeholder self-sufficiency by coaching users toward digital resources, reducing manual intervention.
  • Data Analytics: Consolidate and analyze HR KPIs (hiring targets, SWP objectives, position management, and time-to-fill) to drive strategic business insights.
  • Process Excellence: Act as a catalyst for our HR transformation by refining operational playbooks and simplifying processes to eliminate manual "noise."

What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience or focused academic coursework in HR, people analytics, or HR operations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools; experience with HRIS (Workday) is strongly preferred.
  • Core Competencies: Demonstrated ability to present complex data to stakeholders and experience managing tasks effectively in a fast-paced or multi-country environment.
