Accountabilities:
- Own end-to-end project delivery from planning through execution, ensuring clear accountability, strong coordination, and successful outcomes across all phases.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment and execution velocity.
- Define structure in ambiguous environments, making clear decisions when priorities, requirements, or direction are not fully defined.
- Identify, escalate, and remove blockers proactively while maintaining momentum across parallel initiatives and dependencies.
- Drive stakeholder communication through clear written updates, concise reporting, and effective verbal coordination across teams.
- Ensure high standards of delivery quality while balancing urgency, scope, and evolving business priorities.
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and execution gaps, ensuring timely mitigation and alignment across functions.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end projects in fintech, digital banking, digital products, marketplaces, or similar industries.
