Product
The Product team is responsible for defining and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for IQVIA Digital's portfolio of data, technology, and media solutions. Through close partnership with clients and cross-functional collaboration with Go-to-Market, Technology, Data Management, and Operations teams, the team translates market insights and customer needs into innovative, scalable products.
Built upon IQVIA's industry-leading healthcare data assets and privacy-by-design foundation, these solutions deliver differentiated value to clients, drive business growth, and advance IQVIA Digital's leadership in the healthcare marketing ecosystem.
Role Overview
As the Associate Director, MediaOS Product Strategy, you will own the strategic direction, market positioning, and go-to-market execution for the MediaOS platform. This role will be responsible for defining where MediaOS should play within the healthcare media ecosystem, how it differentiates from competing solutions, and how its platform capabilities can be translated into clear, compelling value for agencies, brands, and internal stakeholders.
This role sits at the intersection of product vision, customer outcomes, and commercial impact. You will help ensure MediaOS investments drive adoption, retention, and long-term growth while aligning product priorities to measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a strategic product leader with strong commercial instincts, deep knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, and the ability to translate complex platform capabilities into customer-ready narratives. You will play a key leadership role in positioning MediaOS as a differentiated, must-have platform in healthcare media.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and evolve the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for MediaOS, grounded in customer needs, competitive dynamics, and business priorities.
- Translate platform capabilities into clear value propositions aligned to priority personas, including agencies, brands, and internal teams.
- Partner with product pillar leads to ensure strategic coherence across audience, activation, workflow, and measurement capabilities.
- Identify strategic gaps and opportunities in the healthcare media landscape and shape build-versus-partner recommendations.
Go-to-Market & Commercial Enablement
- Lead product-led go-to-market motions for new capabilities, including launch strategy, packaging, positioning, and success metrics.
- Partner closely with GTM, Sales, and Client Services teams to support adoption, expansion, and retention goals.
- Develop high-impact product narratives, pitch materials, demos, and enablement assets that translate complex platform capabilities into customer-ready stories.
- Support pilot programs, beta launches, and lighthouse customers to validate value and accelerate broader rollout.
Portfolio Planning & Business Impact
- Align roadmap priorities to business outcomes such as platform adoption, churn reduction, and revenue growth.
- Define success metrics and KPIs for strategic initiatives, ensuring visibility into performance and impact.
- Support pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy discussions by clearly articulating feature value and product differentiation.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as a strategic partner to Engineering, Product Management, Data, Partnerships, and Operations to ensure product strategy is executable and scalable.
- Influence without direct authority, aligning stakeholders around shared objectives, business priorities, and trade-offs.
- Provide thought leadership and mentorship across the product organization on strategy, GTM thinking, and customer-centric decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of product experience, with a strong emphasis on product strategy, portfolio planning, and go-to-market execution.
- Demonstrated experience shaping and launching SaaS or platform products in partnership with Sales and GTM teams.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising and media ecosystem, including DSPs, identity solutions, data onboarding, and measurement.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling customer and commercial narratives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level storytelling skills.
- Experience operating in regulated industries such as healthcare or life sciences is preferred.
- Familiarity with privacy-first data practices and governance frameworks is a plus.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $98,500.00 - $274,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
