We are seeking an Associate Sales Operations Manager to support the optimization and execution of sales processes, performance reporting, and business operations. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, improve data-driven decision-making, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support forecasting, pipeline management, and business reviews.
- Drive process improvements to enhance sales productivity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement sales programs and operational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or a related function.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting tools.
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience supporting sales organizations in a technology or services environment.
- Knowledge of sales forecasting, KPI tracking, and process optimization.
