Accountabilities:
- Map, analyze, and diagnose business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose structured improvement opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, from problem definition and solution design to implementation and results tracking.
- Develop, structure, and monitor KPIs aligned with business objectives, building dashboards and actionable performance metrics.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across processes, reporting systems, and automation initiatives.
- Design and implement automation solutions and digital workflows, including the use of AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work in ambiguous and complex environments by structuring problems, engaging stakeholders, and driving adoption of process management practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of operational improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process mapping, optimization, and implementation of measurable improvements.
- Experience with process automation using triggers, workflows, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools and data analysis platforms (Excel, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem solving and decision-making.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel.
- Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience in technology companies or dynamic, fast-paced environments is highly desirable.
- Nice to have: knowledge of scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, VBA, Google Apps Script, or similar).
