About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to own paid advertising strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
This is more than a campaign management role. You’ll take ownership of the full paid media lifecycle—from strategy and campaign setup to optimization, reporting, and revenue growth.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Paid media strategy and execution
- Lead generation and customer acquisition
- Campaign optimization
- Budget management
- Landing page performance
- Data analysis and reporting
Working closely with marketing leadership, you’ll drive measurable business growth through continuous testing, optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

What You’ll Own
Google Ads Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Search
- Google Display
- Performance Max (PMax)
- Local Services Ads (LSA)
- Conduct keyword research and manage:
- Match types
- Negative keywords
- Bid strategies
- Ad copy
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and campaign performance daily.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale successful campaigns.
Meta Ads Management
- Build and optimize campaigns across:
- Manage campaigns focused on:
- Brand Awareness
- Lead Generation
- Remarketing
- Create and optimize:
- Custom Audiences
- Lookalike Audiences
- Retargeting Campaigns
- Collaborate with creative teams to improve ad copy, visuals, videos, and creative performance.
Landing Page & Conversion Optimization
- Work with landing page platforms such as:
- Unbounce
- Instapage
- Similar tools
- Conduct A/B testing on:
- Headlines
- Calls-to-Action (CTAs)
- Forms
- Layouts
- Continuously improve landing page conversion rates through testing and optimization.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor and report on:
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Conversion Rate (CVR)
- Click-Through Rate (CTR)
- Identify trends, opportunities, and performance issues early.
- Present actionable recommendations backed by campaign data.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on paid media management experience.
- Strong experience managing:
- Google Ads
- Google Search
- Performance Max (PMax)
- Local Services Ads (LSA)
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end.
- Proven ability to optimize campaigns using performance data.
- Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $50,000+.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Technical Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Build reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership on growth initiatives.
