We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing Business Analytics team. In this role, you'll partner with Product, Customer Support, GTM, Finance, and Data/BI teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions that drive smarter business decisions across the organization.
This is a broad business-facing analytics role, designed to support multiple business domains based on evolving company priorities. You'll combine analytical thinking, business acumen, and technical expertise to transform data into actionable insights, build scalable reporting solutions, and enable data-driven decision-making across the company.
We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of SaaS business metrics, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leveraging Generative AI and modern analytics tools to improve business processes, automate workflows, and accelerate insight generation.
Responsibilities
Business Analytics & Insights
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
- Build reports, dashboards, and KPIs that support operational and strategic decision-making across Product, Customer Support, GTM, Finance, and other business functions.
- Analyze business performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop a deep understanding of business processes and proactively identify opportunities where data and analytics can improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Translate complex data into clear business insights and executive-ready presentations.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and business priorities.
- Use SQL and Snowflake to extract, transform, and analyze business data.
- Design and maintain end-to-end dashboards using Tableau (preferred) or similar BI visualization tools.
- Partner with Data Engineering and BI teams to improve data models, reporting infrastructure, and data quality.
- Leverage Generative AI and automation tools to improve analytical workflows, accelerate insight generation, and empower business users.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and analytical methodologies.
- Serve as a trusted analytics partner across Product, Customer Support, GTM, Finance, and additional business teams.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to establish consistent KPIs, reporting standards, and analytics best practices.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership, supporting informed decision-making across the organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or similar analytical role in a SaaS or software company.
- Strong business orientation and understanding of SaaS business models and key performance metrics.
- Familiarity with one or more business domains such as GTM, Product, Customer Support, Finance, or Customer Success is an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
- Experience building dashboards using Tableau (preferred) or similar BI visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate insights to technical and business audiences.
- Demonstrated passion for leveraging Generative AI and modern AI tools to enhance business analysis, automate workflows, and improve decision-making.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional business teams, Finance, and Data/BI organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred
- Experience working in a fast-growing or large-scale SaaS organization.
- Familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation frameworks.
- Experience implementing AI-powered analytics or automation solutions.
- Experience supporting Product, Customer Support, GTM, Finance, or Customer Success organizations.
