Accountabilities:

    • Plan and structure visual communication guidelines and execution materials for priority B2B retail channels, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial strategy.
    • Translate brand positioning into actionable trade marketing execution plans across multiple retail environments.
    • Manage and monitor budget allocation by brand, ensuring efficient investment distribution and value generation.
    • Oversee project timelines and governance for both cycle and extra-cycle initiatives, coordinating between creative and production teams.
    • Analyze trade marketing initiatives using ROI and Payback principles to support business cases and optimize financial performance.
    • Track market trends, competitor activity, and sell-out performance to inform future planning cycles.
    • Consolidate post-mortem analyses focused on financial efficiency, execution quality, and brand impact.
    • Requirements:

      • Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills with a holistic business vision.
      • Experience in trade marketing, brand activation, or commercial strategy roles.
      • Ability to connect brand strategy with business and sales objectives in B2B environments.
      • Knowledge of ROI and Payback analysis applied to marketing or activation projects.
      • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, especially Sheets and Slides.
      • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.
      • Proactive mindset with adaptability in fast-paced and constantly evolving contexts.
      • Intermediate to advanced Portuguese communication skills (assumed market requirement).
