Accountabilities:

    • Support front-office teams in the use and optimization of the Murex platform across trading and financial product workflows.
    • Participate in Murex implementation and upgrade projects, contributing to build, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
    • Manage and support market data configurations, pricing models, and structuring capabilities for complex financial instruments.
    • Provide functional expertise across asset classes including FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives, and fixed income products.
    • Collaborate with business users, traders, and technical teams to analyze requirements and deliver effective system solutions.
    • Develop, execute, and maintain test cases to validate system functionality and ensure platform stability.
    • Investigate issues, troubleshoot system defects, and document findings to support remediation and continuous improvement efforts.
    • Assist in business analysis activities by gathering requirements, evaluating impacts, and recommending process enhancements.
    • Deliver high-quality front-office support while ensuring alignment with operational and regulatory requirements.
    • Requirements

      • 1–2 years of hands-on experience working with the Murex platform in trading, front-office support, or project environments.
      • Approximately 4 years of experience in financial markets, capital markets technology, or IT business analysis roles.
      • Strong understanding of front-office processes and financial derivatives products, including FX, interest rates, and fixed income instruments.
      • Experience participating in Murex implementation, enhancement, or upgrade initiatives.
      • Knowledge of market data management, pricing methodologies, and financial product configuration within trading systems.
      • Ability to create and execute test cases, analyze issues, and document defects for development and support teams.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in complex and fast-paced environments.
      • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with proficiency in English.
      • Willingness and flexibility to support Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
      • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively bridge business and technology requirements.
