Accountabilities:
- Lead and execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with accuracy, ensuring timely and compliant financial reporting.
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including treasury, general ledger, and financial reporting functions while driving process efficiencies and automation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity, alignment with internal policies, and compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards.
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls, ensuring proper authorization frameworks and protection of company assets.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, including cash flow planning, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
- Support external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting while ensuring quality control over all financial outputs.
- CPA designation required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 7+ years of combined accounting and finance experience in progressively responsible roles.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and core accounting principles.
- Proven experience managing month-end close processes and preparing financial statements.
- Hands-on experience implementing internal controls and improving financial processes in a growing organization.
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience working with external auditors and third-party vendors.
