Role Overview
As part of the Digital Finance organization, the Senior Analyst III will partner across divisions and functions to transform complex data into clear stories and actionable insights. Using modern analytics platforms, integrated data solutions, and the latest AI capabilities, you will build intelligent solutions that strengthen decision-making, efficiency, productivity, and growth.
We are looking for an inquisitive, adaptable critical thinker who asks “why,” learns through experimentation, and combines strong business acumen with expertise in analytics, visualization, communication, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, prioritize work, communicate trade-offs, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Translate complex business questions and data into clear, decision-ready insights using advanced analytics and data visualization.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable reporting solutions within the centralized environment, improving reliability, analytical value, performance, and user experience.
- Build and maintain Databricks data models and orchestrated workflows, including refresh scheduling, dependency management, and monitoring.
- Use SQL, Python, and Codex-assisted development practices, where appropriate, to build and automate high-quality solutions through version-controlled, Git-based CI/CD workflows.
- Strengthen data quality and governance through validation, reconciliation, documented standards, scalable processes, and consistent monitoring.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, including milestones, deliverables, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Travel requirement: less than 10%.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Statistics, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience building dashboards and reporting solutions in complex business environments.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, model, and interpret complex data and to develop scalable solutions.
- Experience in Finance or another data-intensive business function is preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver results and influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor complex information to diverse audiences.
Technical Skills
- Databricks or similar data engineering experience and a Databricks Data Engineer certification.
- Proficiency in SQL, DAX, Python, and Excel.
- Experience with data orchestration, refresh scheduling, dependency management, and monitoring.
- Experience with Git-based CI/CD workflows and AI-assisted development practices.
