Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will monitor production output and ensure that products meet customer specifications and quality expectations. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, setting up and monitoring assembly, continuous process improvement, and adherence to safety, production and quality expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrated ability to follow direction, read blueprints and schematics.
- Set up and change over equipment to operate various assemblies or features.
- Identify and utilize appropriate materials, plumb or pipe pneumatics and hydraulic lines.
- Affix specified motors and gear boxes to drive components.
- Test each assembly to ensure proper fit and function.
- Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.
- Accurately track and log assembly time sheets for each build.
- Properly identify and document QMS and department procedure.
- Maintain work area for cleanliness.
- Adherence to all safety standards and plant rules.
- Transfer assembly to appropriate department for next step in production.
- Utilize tape measures, calipers, squares, micrometers, and protractors.
- General maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Safe operation of the forklift, scissor lift and all other lift assist and tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 2+ years of experience in assembly or manufacturing
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 40 pounds.

- An ability to communicate information clearly and accurately report on assignments.
