Accountabilities:

    As the Head of Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy designed to increase brand visibility, strengthen investor and advisor engagement, and support asset growth. You will manage cross-functional initiatives, oversee marketing operations, and ensure all communications meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance.

    • Develop and execute a marketing strategy targeting retail investors and professional advisor audiences, aligning initiatives with business objectives, timelines, and measurable KPIs.
    • Build and manage an integrated marketing calendar covering campaigns, communications, events, content production, and compliance review processes.
    • Create and optimize multi-channel marketing programs across email, digital advertising, social media, webinars, events, content marketing, and investor communications.
    • Identify and manage strategic partnerships with distribution partners, content platforms, and industry organizations.
    • Oversee the production, review, and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
    • Manage workflows for design, copywriting, compliance approvals, version control, and content distribution.
    • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure marketing activities align with applicable financial regulations and advertising requirements.
    • Own marketing budget planning, vendor management, spend tracking, and reporting to leadership teams.
    • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners while making effective build-versus-outsource decisions.
    • Track campaign performance through analytics platforms and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
    • Establish responsible AI usage practices within marketing workflows, leveraging AI tools to improve productivity while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
    • Guide AI adoption for content creation, campaign management, operational efficiency, and marketing innovation.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on marketing leader with strong financial services experience and a deep understanding of investment audiences. You should combine excellent communication skills with operational discipline, regulatory awareness, and the ability to drive measurable business outcomes.

      • 6–10 years of marketing experience within financial services, with significant experience in ETFs, investment management, or related financial products.
      • Strong understanding of retail investor, financial advisor, and registered investment advisor (RIA) audiences.
      • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
      • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, prioritize competing initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
      • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
      • Experience working within regulated marketing environments, including familiarity with financial advertising requirements.
      • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage vendors, agencies, and internal collaborators.
      • Experience using marketing analytics and automation tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
      • Ability to leverage AI tools effectively while applying strong editorial judgment and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and brand alignment.
      • Experience with platforms such as eVestment, Wilshire, Red Oak, or Morgan Stanley 4U is preferred.
      • Background in financial services PR, podcasting, events, or marketing automation is a plus.
