Key Responsibilities
Evaluate customer sales orders for completeness of required data logger settings.
Label electronic devices as needed.
Prepare and package devices for shipment including requested documentation.
Review electronically generated files for quality of recorded data.
Using bar code scanners process serialized devices as required.
Keep count of fully processed units and record fallout for supervisor evaluation.
Able to clearly communicate via email and/or phone with other locations and/or departments (i.e. Client Services) regarding orders, order status, constraints, delays, problems, etc.
Assist Team Lead in printing customer orders, work tickets, post validations and spec notes to ensure proper distribution of daily workload and timely processing of orders, as needed.
Substantial understanding and knowledge of all department functions, in order to assist Team Lead in assigning tasks and handling the more complex issues and duties.
Assist in resolving day-to-day product and order difficulties encountered in regular operations.
Assist in the development of other employees in the department on the various tasks, including training new employees.
Perform other tasks assigned, such as Recycle Associate duties and help other departments as needed.
Physical ability to transport objects typically weighing up to 50 lbs.
May be required to perform several and/or combination of the following tasks such as to lift, carry, push, pull, sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, twist, reach, grasp and/or work with small objects.
Role Purpose:
The principal responsibilities of the Configuration Associate II are to refurbish/recycle returned equipment to like-new condition for resale to customers.
The Configuration Associate II will perform these duties as outlined by the Sensitech work instructions, quality assurance procedures and assembly drawings.
Perform QC duties as needed for the various product lines and apply the applicable Quality Procedure.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
8+ months experience in a production/manufacturing environment
10+ months of working experience using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
The ability to stand for extended periods of time along with routine lifting of items that typically weigh up to 50 pounds. Must have the ability to bend, stoop, stand, and squat.
Preferred Qualifications
Physically capable of working in a fast-paced, stop-and-go manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
Alert, dependable, and safety-focused.
Previous experience in manufacturing material handling or similar industrial environments.
Knowledge of parts and materials required for production operations.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills and ability to make quick decisions in support of a process-oriented operation.
