Business Development Manager (Central)
Role responsibilities
The Business Development Manager develops and implements sales plans to achieve annual sales budgets and partners with customers to identify solutions. They also coordinate with support teams to resolve customer challenges and ensure timely delivery and performance.
Requirements
Candidates should have a mix of hands-on experience and education equivalent to a two to four-year degree in a technical discipline, along with a minimum of five years of cutting tooling experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with a self-motivated work ethic.
