Accountabilities:

    • Serve as a technical SME for partner-facing engagements, supporting pre-sale discovery, solution design, API walkthroughs, and technical Q&A for quoting and enrollment-related workflows.
    • Partner with Sales and Solution Consulting teams to design scalable integration approaches, support demonstrations, and identify technical requirements aligned with partner needs.
    • Lead and support partner onboarding and implementation activities, including configuration guidance, testing coordination, launch readiness, and adoption support.
    • Translate partner business and technical requirements into structured implementation plans, API configurations, and integration recommendations aligned with platform capabilities.
    • Ensure seamless handoff between sales and implementation by documenting technical context, risks, success criteria, and partner requirements.
    • Troubleshoot API, data integration, and connectivity issues while coordinating with internal engineering and product teams when escalation is required.
    • Continuously identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows, documentation, internal tooling, and partner enablement processes.
    • Requirements:

      • 3+ years of experience in solution engineering, implementation, technical consulting, partner enablement, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
      • Strong experience working in B2B SaaS, API-driven platforms, healthcare technology, InsurTech, or benefits administration environments.
      • Solid understanding of APIs, data integrations, and system-to-system workflows, with the ability to troubleshoot and explain technical concepts clearly.
      • Experience supporting technical discovery, solution design, proof-of-concept discussions, or product demonstrations for enterprise partners.
      • Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Strong project management skills with experience leading onboarding, configuration, testing, and implementation workstreams.
      • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a high level of attention to detail and structured thinking.
      • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a remote, fast-paced environment with high ownership and autonomy.
