And you can too, so bring your energy to ours.As an IT Business Systems Analyst III, you will act as a liaison between IT and the business to ensure an understanding of business requirements when crafting and implementing new IT systems and improving existing systems!Your work will challenge you, and with our Core Values to guide you, you’ll quickly learn and grow with us.Responsibilities/Expectations:Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the design and implementation of new systems and improvement of existing systemsServes as the subject matter specialist and business partner between IT and business/end-user team(s)Translates business requirements into technical specifications to formulate technical solutions that conform to operational standardsConducts requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and provides recommendations based on collected informationEnsures the maintenance, development and enhancement of existing application systems meet the organizational business objectives and IT standardsRemediates application system issues through appropriate troubleshooting, incident, change and problem management standards using ServiceNowEvaluates, develops and implements new application systems and develops technical requirements following standards for software development lifecycleConducts business process analyses, needs assessments and preliminary cost/benefit analyses in an effort to align IT solutions with business initiativesServes as the IT/Telecom Site Lead for assigned power generation facilities, owning field execution, coordination, issue escalation, and on-call support to ensure reliable operations and critical infrastructure uptimeConducts routine site walks and system assessments; proactively identifies risk and implements preventative and corrective actions to maintain system availabilityInstalls, configures, and troubleshoots network and telecommunications systems (routers, switches, firewalls, fiber, wireless, and remote communications), leading field diagnostics and restoration efforts across industrial and remote environmentsMaintains accurate field documentation and asset tracking while ensuring compliance with safety, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements Other duties as assignedEducation/Years of Experience:Required: High school diploma or GED and a minimum twelve (12) years' IT experience, OR Associate's degree and a minimum eight (8) years' IT experience, OR Bachelor's degree in IT-related field and a minimum five (5) years' IT experienceOther Requirements: Meet field requirements, including maintaining a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capability to safely work at heights Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priorityMust be able to work on-site five days per week during the initial onboarding periodProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills#LI-CT1Why Choose Williams?We are committed to providing our employees...
