Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing support in Readsoft Cockpit & SAP ABAP
• The ABAP consultant is expected to help with queries relating to Reports, interfaces, enhancements, ALE/IDOC, Conversions, forms, Adobe forms, ABAP workflow, proxies etc.
• knowledge in Readsoft OCR & its connectivity with Cockpit, BADI, BAPI, Data Dictionary, SAP Script, OOPS, Debugging, LSMW, Workflow
• Familiar with Procure to Pay Process and SAP transport process including Charm
• Knowledge of any core functional module of SAP & linkages in ABAP
• Person should be willing to work on AP Essentials and do integration between SAP and AP Essentials via ReadSoft cockpit
• Good communication and collaborative with various team and client, problem-solving skill
• Should be self-motivated, takes ownership of assigned task with any follow-up.

Additional Information

•Provide technical and operational expertise to meet business process and application requirements for Readsoft Cockpit/ABAP•Provide support of Incident Management in Readsoft Cockpit/ABAP and ensure timely resolution of incidents•Ensure SAP functional best practices are adhered to during Incident and Problem investigation and resolution for ABAP tickets•Provide technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed incident & problem resolutions when alternative solutions are available for Readsoft Cockpit/ABAP tickets•Provide appropriate assessment of Kofax notes , SAP OSS notes regarding relevance for ABAP Operations & application process knowledge and capability•Ability to work in a team and in multi-geography client support environment
