Associate Technical Publication Specialist

Fremont, CA

In this role, you will coordinate labeling updates, maintain controlled documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure labeling content meets regulatory and quality requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work across engineering, quality, regulatory, operations, and marketing functions while supporting critical documentation processes.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and update product labeling using approved templates, style guides, and labeling software tools.
  • Compile, maintain, and review labeling documentation, drawings, change orders, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable quality standards.
  • Manage electronic and physical document records within document control and product lifecycle management systems.
  • Verify that labeling changes are supported by required data and are consistent with approved product applications and documentation.
  • Configure and support label printing equipment, barcode grading tools, and related systems for new and revised labeling.
  • Troubleshoot label printer and labeling system issues and document resolutions within the quality system.
  • Coordinate labeling reviews and approvals with cross-functional stakeholders and monitor completion of project deliverables and documentation tasks.
  • Review technical publications, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and technical literature to maintain documentation accuracy and achieve zero documentation escapes.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 0+ years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting technical documentation, document control, labeling, quality systems, engineering documentation, or a related function.
  • Experience working with controlled documentation processes and document management systems.
  • Experience with labeling software, graphic design tools, or Adobe products.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry, including medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience using product lifecycle management (PLM) systems or equivalent document control platforms.

  

 

$62,400.00 - $114,300.00 USD Annual

  

 

Travel Percentage: 10%
