Accountabilities:
- Own and evolve the end-to-end influencer marketing strategy, including organic seeding, seasonal campaigns, paid influencer programs, and always-on creator initiatives aligned with brand and social objectives.
- Lead execution across influencer partnerships, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, briefing, campaign management, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, brand, and social teams to ensure influencer initiatives are fully integrated into 360° campaigns and aligned with broader storytelling priorities.
- Build, launch, and scale the brand partnerships function, creating frameworks, processes, and pipelines for identifying and executing strategic collaborations.
- Develop and manage co-marketing partnerships with wellness, fitness, lifestyle, and media brands, overseeing end-to-end execution from outreach through reporting.
- Own influencer and partnership budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimization of ROI across campaigns.
- Establish KPIs, reporting structures, and performance insights to measure impact, refine strategy, and communicate results to leadership.
- 5–7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or integrated marketing roles, ideally within CPG, wellness, nutrition, or lifestyle industries.
- Proven track record of building and scaling influencer programs across both organic and paid channels.
- Hands-on experience managing brand partnerships end-to-end, including sourcing opportunities, negotiating agreements, and executing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the creator economy, social media platforms, and content performance dynamics.
- Experience building or launching new partnership functions or programs in fast-moving, less structured environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent programs with measurable business outcomes.
- Competitive salary range of $120,000 – $140,000 annually
